Maybe you want to run further or faster, maybe you were inspired by watching a marathon. We create personalised training plans based around your lifestyle and background to enable you to reach your desired goals. We reassess at regular intervals & can change the plan if needed.

Don’t worry if you are not local, I can provide online customised training plans and zoom calls.

Your training should enhance your enjoyment and experience of running!

Running Retreats
& Holidays

Imagine a few days away from it all with a bunch of like-minded women.

In picturesque surroundings you could find yourself running places you have never run before.
Spending time stretching and doing gentle yoga, fed with vegan food which is all aimed at giving you the best chance at making the most out of the weekend. There will of course be some free time, as well as a meal out at the end of the retreat to relax before heading home.

  • 3-7 days both here and abroad.
    Location picked for the trails, we will take you away from it all & offer running. stretch, yoga, walks and some free time each day.

  • Vegan food is provided based around fuelling and recovery to enable you to get the most out of the retreat.

  • A meal out on the last evening where we can relax, enjoy a drink & some good food before heading home after a sunrise run on the last day,

  • A 3-day, 50-100 mile route with nightly stays and meals as per retreat.

From serene forests to rugged mountain trails, each run is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while enjoying the benefits of a guided fitness activity.

  • Monthly trail adventures suitable for everyone whether you are new to trail or a seasoned trail runner looking for new routes.

  • As an experienced trail runner and qualified run leader I can lead you through trails from 5k to 21k

  • Our guided trails are social & supportive meaning we all stay together, we enjoy the views- so pause to take pictures & meet new people along the way.

  • Each run finishes at a cafe for coffee and cake.

Fees: 5k: £5.00 | 10k: £15.00 | 20k: £20.00

Jilly
With qualifications including a Bsc in Psychology, Psychotherapy & Counselling, as well as Diplomas in Hypnotherapy & Counseling and Sports Psychology.

Jilly is not only a qualified run leader and run coach but also a first aider. Her holistic approach to coaching ensures that your physical and mental well-being are equally prioritized.

Iona
Holding a Level 3 certification in Sports Nutrition, Iona specializes in providing tailored nutritional guidance to optimize your running performance.

Iona understands that fueling your body properly is key to reaching your full potential as a runner.

Lizie
With a background that includes a degree in dance and personal training certification.

Lizie brings a unique blend of expertise to our team. Her creative approach to training and fitness adds a dynamic element to our services.
